The Whole Way was developed to explore the complex nature of health and in particular the influence of food on health. The health problems of the world have changed dramatically in the last 50 years with a huge rise in levels of obesity and ever increasing rates of diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Science tells us that this is directly related to our food.
So what should we eat?
At The Whole Way, we believe the best option is a plant based, whole food diet. We believe this provides great nutrition and minimises exposure to toxins. It is sustainable, less damaging to our planet and demonstrates respect and compassion for those animals with which we share this planet.
